Kidults
Today, our kids don’t get to have childhood at all. I recently saw an ad which said: “For adults under 18 years of age”. How true! The cultural lifespace of our kids have irrevocably changed. Their lifespace is intruded by adult language, content and images. Kids are in fact struggling and most often than not left stranded with no help. Parents are unable to understand the demands, challenges and peer pressure that children face today. We are unable to understand their cultural space. Kidults is for parents who just don’t get it. It helps them to understand their cultural lifespace better and thereby understand their kids better.
